I have found many places to lay
I know but many places to play
I see many great places to pray
I have lived in many places
The castle to the shack
As I move on I look back
I have slept in many a house
some with windows and some without
Some were average and some well-known
Some were white, while others were black
Some were mixed in all in between
Others were tall, many are small and lean
Many are rented some are owned out of all of these houses
