Reality
I've waited for this moment
My hands are sweaty
My heart is pumping a million beats per second
I feel like fainting
Yet
I stand shuttering
I can't stop looking at you
I could have never imagined
Someone so excepting
So amazingly beautiful
The winds trembles as it breezes
By you
Oh how I love thee
With every saporific fiber I shall ever taste from Earth
I've waited for this moment
This indefatigable reality
Of me being in love
I melt with a diaphanous glance
Holding me captive by the sun
Stammering to engulf your scented aura
Desperately grasping for this dissipating moment to never end
While it moves and tries to elude
The magical thirst oozing from my heart to your soul
I crash at your touch
As my fantasy turns into rainbows after the nourishing rain
You are the adorn soil that nurses my roots of planted lillies
This is love
As I battle with scars of my own brokenness
You send me your emotional armor to repel my frightening thoughts.
Consciously we stand
On this moment of love
Peering through the windowsill of designed destiny
My reality plays majestically in our stillness
